The people who live here are generally friendly. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I had two small maintenance ... concerns after I moved in and they were taken care of immediately. I have not had a roach problem. (I keep it clean.) Stores, restaurants, churches, post office and library are in immediate walking distance. The floors are wooden (except in the bedroom) so they are easy to keep clean. The pools are kept in clean condition. The business center is comfortable. The washers/dryers work very well. In the evening security walks by to ensure safety, without being intrusive. They are putting a new playground in. The workout center/gym is modern and kept clean. My stay in this apartment is great! I can call it my secure place to just rest and relax from a stressful job, although sometimes ... I get awaken by strong noise coming from ambulance or street activities. Overall, the management staff is superb, very accommodating and always willing to assist.
